Every year 45.000 forest fires burn out in Europe. Between 1989 and 1993 2.6 million hectares of woodland were destroyed by fire in the Mediterranean area; STE, in cooperation with Politecnico di Milano - Technology Transfer Office, has developed new Patented RF application to provide activity of Dynamic Fire Monitoring Detection by means of SRD Low cost.

The SVT2x is a new concept design series which combines a new “SAW” stabilized circuit design and hybrid ceramic
